English: In 1988 the Juilliard music school began a tradition of honoring Martin Luther King Jr., at the instigation of then-student now-opera vocalist and actor Stacey Robinson. This photo in 2008 with then-president Joseph Polisi was an occasion to celebrate 20 years of the school's showcasing the life and legacy of King.)
