Čeština: Plukovník Ing. Josef Pohl (* 15. dubna 1911 Kostelec nad Orlicí – 25. května 1950 Praha) byl československý občan a voják. Za druhé světové války bojoval na straně československého armádního sboru proti nacistům. Po komunistickém převratu v roce 1948, byl souzen pro velezradu, špionáž a vyzvědačství a odsouzen k trestu smrti oběšením. Rozsudek byl proveden v Pankrácké věznici 25. května 1950. Po sametové revoluci byl major Josef Pohl rehabilitován a povýšen na plukovníka.
English: Colonel Ing. Josef Pohl (* 15 April 1911 Kostelec nad Orlicí - 25 May 1950 Prague) was a Czechoslovak citizen and soldier. During World War II he fought on the side of the Czechoslovak Army Corps against the Nazis. After the communist coup in 1948, he was tried for treason, espionage and espionage and sentenced to death by hanging. The sentence was carried out in Pankrác Prison on 25 May 1950. After the Velvet Revolution, Major Josef Pohl was rehabilitated and promoted to colonel.
