Description
Español: Jorge Garrues normalmente apodado o conocido por Scarlips fue y sigue siendo el delincuente juvenil con mas delitos acumulados en 2017 en la provincia de Almería.

Su apodo Scarlips (Labios rajados) viene de un percance policial cuando escapaba de ellos en un quad bajo el efecto de estupefacientes (Cocaine y Cannabis). Con mas de 30 delitos entre ellos atracos a mano armada,intentos de homicidio y extorsiones a cambio de dinero ingreso en el centro de menores de El Molino (Almería) al cual transladaron al CIMI Tierras De Oria (Centro de menores de maxima seguridad de la provincia de almería)

Actualmente cumple condena en dicho centro con delincuentes juveniles entre los que se mezclan asesinos y ladrones profesionales.
