Jetty below Tom an Inbhire

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Jetty below Tom an Inbhire The south coast of Loch Sunart has no road, but various forestry tracks link to Glen Cripesdale. Most places on this shore are probably more conveniently reached by boat, especially if any heavy freight has to be shifted, since even the public roads, when reached, are not ideal for heavy lorries. There was quite a lot of traffic on the loch as we paddled up it - mostly small power boats servicing fish farms, but we had seen timber being loaded onto a bigger vessel earlier, and this jetty seems to have been built for loading or unloading bigger cargo than just fish feed.
