Description Col. Jay Raymond, 21st Space Wing commander (center), together with retired Air Force Gen. Don Kutyna, cut the ribbon to the grand re-opening of the Peterson Aquatics Center March 14. Following $2.8 million in upgrades, the pool is now covered by a new, durable roof structure, a new hot tub, slip-proof flooring and a new, $85,000 pool liner.
