A site with many relocated historic temples from the Krishna river valley

Description
English: Nehru, the first prime minister of India, announced the Srisailam dam project. To preserve temples and monuments affected by the flooding many Krishna valley sites, they were ordered to be relocated.

The Jatprole (Jetprole) site hosts many of them, though it is not the only site with relocated temples. The relocated temples are relatively simple and with limited artwork. Yet, it is one place to see many different plans and architecture.

The reconstructed temple retained the stone blocks, statues and artwork to the extent possible, but added enhancements where necessary to preserve the temple.

The temples and their mandapa predominantly have a square plan.

The uploaded images are not exhaustive, are only aimed to illustrate some of the variety of temples and mandapas at this site.
