Jarvis Lattin owned a farm in Nebraska, this is the first mention of a farm in Colorado. He married Mary Jane Puckett in Jasper Township, Carroll County, Iowa on 15 October 1874. He appears in the 1885 Nebraska census living in Keya Paha.
