The uploader originally sourced all thirteen of these images from an ArcGIS "Storymap" published by the National Weather Service (and in some cases, has digitally altered the images, possibly with AI). In turn, at the source, the NWS attributes these images to three television stations, as noted above. The uploader claimed that these were all created by employees of the US Federal Government in the performance of their duties. However:
As photos (or videos) taken in the United States after 1989, they are therefore protected by copyright and we cannot host them here.
