Description Jackknife Bascule Bridge being raised to let a boat pass. The bridge was completed in 1913 and carries Canadian Pacific Railway tracks. For many years it was a two-level bridge, carrying road traffic on an upper deck, but the upper deck was closed in 2003 and removed in 2004.
