日本語: SM‐3ブロックⅠBを発射する護衛艦「はぐろ」(ハワイ沖、2022.11.19) English: The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) and the United States Missile Defense Agency (MDA), in cooperation with the U.S. Navy, announced the successful completion of Japan Flight Test Mission-07 (JFTM-07), held off the coast of Kauai in Hawaii. Here, a second live-fire exercise demonstrates a successful integrated air and missile defense scenario with a Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) Block IB missile fired from the JS Haguro. JFTM-07 marks a significant milestone in the cooperation between Japan and U.S. in the area of missile defense.
