משק צימרמן הוא משק אורגני בישוב הקהילתי איתמר. הוא מכונה בשם :"JOSEPH'S BLESSING Eco-Farm ונמנה על ארגון לחקלאות ביולוגית אורגנית בישראל. הוקם על-ידי אלון ורחל צימברמן לפני 26 שנה. עסק בגידולים חקלאיים שיגרתיים כמו רוב החקלאיים, עד אשר עשה תפנית והחל בגידול גידולים מיוחדים על בסיס ביולוגיה אורבנית.

מכונה גם: הארץ הטובה - איתמר - רחל צימרמן : שיווק, תוצרת חקלאית ישראלית, ביקורים במשק, קטיף ודייג עצמי. חוייה חקלאית, תיירותית .ואורגנית. כשרות מהדרין מייל: rachel3030@bezeqint.net

אספקת המים לחקלאות מבוססת על מאגר מקומי הקולט מי-גשמים. הגידולים בחווה הם נבחרים: ארטישוק, אספרגוס ועצי פרי נבחרים. ההדברה היא כולה ביולוגית. הזיבול הוא אורגני.
