DescriptionJICA Center (Osaka, Japan).jpg |
I was selected to attend a 6-week course on project development for human security in Japan last year. I was with 2 other Filipinos from national government agencies. Three Laos and 3 Burmese were also participants in the course. I am the only one coming from an NGO. Our first 2 days were spent in Osaka where we stayed in this spanking JICA center where we were briefed. Olympus Camedia (October-December 2006, JICA-UNCRD Human Security Course). Slightly improved with Picasa. |
