English: AKA PFOUTZ HOUSE, PIONEER FARM, AND STARKS WILDERNESS CENTER PIONEER FARM; BUILT IN 1820 BY REUBEN PFOUTZ WHO BOUGHT IT FROM HIS BROTHER GEORGE. IT IS OWNED BY THE WILDERNESS CENTER BUT IS LIVED IN BY AN AMISH FAMILY

THIS IS AN EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT SITE TO FIND. IT IS NOT ON 250 AS ADVERTISED IN SOME ARTICLES AND IT IS NOT ON THE GROUNDS OF THE WILDERNESS CENTER ALTHOUGH OWNED BY THEM. TO FIND IT YOU NEED TO TRAVEL NORTHWEST ON BRENNEMAN ROAD (AS IF COMING FROM WILMOT TOWARD MT. EATON) AND TAKE THE ONLY ROAD OFF BRENNEMAN ROAD TO THE RIGHT. IT IS NOT PRIVATE BUT THE ROAD IS GRAVEL, ROUGH, AND FAIRLY LONG. IT DEAD ENDS AT THE FARM
