| Description |
Deutsch: Vom Kreuzungsbauwerk mit der Strecke Berlin–Blankenheim, die Strecke Halle–Vienenburg war bis 1945/46 durchgehend zweigleisig. Beim Neubau der Wipperbrücke wurde – wie inzwischen leider üblich – auf die Wiedereinrichtung des zweigleisigen Zustandes keine Rücksicht genommen. Das Planum des zweiten Gleises liegt rechts; besonders seltsam ist, dass ein zweigleisiger Überbau nicht wesentlich teuerer wäre, ein auf den zusätzlich Einbau eines weiteren eingleisigen Überbaues vorbereiteter auch nicht. Etwas Gehirnschmalz wäre allerdings zu investieren gewesen. Der Gleisbogen erforderte auch an dieser Stelle zwei Vorsignalwiederholer. |
