| Description |
Deutsch: Eine der nach dem Hauptbahnhof wichtigsten Haltestellen und zentralen Knotenpunkte im Leipziger Straßenbahnnetz, er wird nach der Neutrassierung 1964 zum ersten Mal grundhaft umgebaut. Bisher bestanden hier vier Seitenbahnsteige, nach dem Vorbild der Haltestelle Hauptbahnhof werden es zukünftig zwei Außenbahnsteige und und ein Inselbahnsteig. Die LVB betreiben ein reines Einrichtungsnetz, damit ist die Anlage von Umsteigeknoten generell erschwert. Der Oberbau wird generell als feste Fahrbahn der Bauart Rheda City ausgeführt. Ob die Fahrbahnplatten auch bei eingedecktem Oberbau haltbarer als die Schienen und ob die Schienenbefestigungen fallweise noch lösbar sein werden, muss sich erst noch erweisen. Erschwerend kommt dazu, dass die Anlagen auch weiterhin zusätzlich von den Nachtbussen befahren werden sollen. Richtung Hauptbahnhof. |
