Description
Español: Esta foto fue tomada en el mercado tradicional de Tepoztlán, en el estado de Morelos, México. Podemos ver un puesto donde se vende comida típica mexicana. En este puesto se vende también una especialidad de gorditas que se llama "itacate". A la izquierda y en el centro de la foto se ven montones de itacates. El itacate tiene una forma triangular, se corta a la mitad y podemos rellenarlo con ingredientes como carne, flor de calabaza, champiñones. Estos ingredientes están en los platos marrones que se encuentran en el centro de la foto. Se le pueden poner, además, las salsas que están en los platos de color verde o amarillo.
English: This photo was taken at the traditional market of Tepoztlán, in the state of Morelos, Mexico. We can see a little shop where you can eat traditional food of Mexico. They are selling a specialty of gorditas called "Itacate". This has a triangular shape and is located at the left side and the center of the photo. They usually cut the triangle in two slices. Inside they put all food that are in the brown plates, in the center of the photo. It can be mushroom, cheese, meat... Finally they add salsas which are in the bowl green, yellow and red colors at the bottom of the photo.
Français : Cette photo a été prise dans le marché de Tepoztlán, dans l'état de Morelos au Mexique. On y voit un stand où l'on peut manger de la nourriture traditionnelle mexicaine. Ils vendent également une spécialité originaire de " Gorditas" l'Itacate". Il possède une forme triangulaire et se situe a gauche et au centre de la photo. Is ont pour habitude de le couper en deux et d'y insérer les ingrédients que l'on trouve dans les plats marrons au centre de la photo. Ce peut être des champignons, de la viande, de la fleur de courgette... Ils ajoutent en dernier de la sauce que l'on peut voir dans les bols de couleurs en bas de la photo.
