עברית: תצלום דיוקנו של הרב ישראל ליפשיץ: הדפס בגוני חום, גזור בצורה סגלגלה ומודבק על גבי דף נייר בגודל 16X19.5 ס"מ. בתחתית הדף, נכתב בדיו: "הגאון ר’ ישראל ליפשיטץ בעהמ"ח [בעל המחבר] תפארת ישראל". בגב הדף אליו מודבק התצלום, נכתבו שמו של המצולם ושם חיבורו בכתב ידו של ד"ר יוסף חזנוביץ’, ועל כן יש לשער כי דיוקן זה נתרם על ידו לבית הספרים, כנראה בראשית המאה העשרים.
