Português: Em 1876 chegou em Londres um gigante fossilizado de 3,65 metros com 6 dedos no pé direito que foi desenterrado por Mr. Dyer durante uma operação mineira em Country Antrim, Irlanda.

Em seguida foi levado para exposição em Dublin., Liverpoool e Manchester. Numa edição de dezembro de 1895, a revista Bristish Strand Magazine publicou uma foto do fóssil tirada no depósito de mercadorias da Broad Street da Companhia de Estrada de Ferro North-Western, sendo mais tarde reimpressa no livro "Traces of the Elder Faiths of Ireland" de W.G. Wood-Martin.

A múmia era mais alto do que o Gigante Cardiff (outro suposto gigante famoso deste tempo), cerca de 3,66 metros (12 pés). De alguma forma, este gigante desapareceu depois dessa foto ter sido tirada.
English: In 1876, a fossilized giant of 3.65 meters with 6 toes on the right foot arrived in London and was unearthed by Mr. Dyer during a mining operation in Country Antrim, Ireland.

It was then taken to exhibitions in Dublin, Liverpool and Manchester. In a December 1895 issue, the British Strand Magazine published a photo of the fossil taken at the North-Western Railway Company's Broad Street goods depot, later being reprinted in the book "Traces of the Elder Faiths of Ireland" by W.G. Wood-Martin.

The mummy was taller than the Cardiff Giant (another supposed famous giant of this time), about 3.66 meters (12 ft). Somehow this giant disappeared after this photo was taken.
