English: An Iraqi instructor observes a soldier enrolled in the Iraqi Combat Medics Course as he evaluates a mannequin during a mass casualty training exercise at Camp Taji, Iraq, March 1, 2016. Task Group Taji provided the Iraqi Security Forces with enhanced combat medical training through instruction and hands-on training. Treating simulated casualties in training helps prepare the soldiers to respond to actual casualties in combat. This training is part of the overall Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve building partner capacity mission to increase the military capacity of Iraqi Security Forces fighting the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
