Description
English: As I washed the cherries, I got a suggestion of aroma of tomatoes and decided to add a bit of himalayan crystal salt to my cooking. ...Cameroonian Pepper because eating Pitanga always brings up the suggestion of “pepper”. It is only the tartness that is playing tricks on my mind. I have left the pits in the cherries because I won’t be able to get the green pits out. I’ll have to interrupt Nigella Lawson’s Hands Free recipe to get my hands dirty and the pits out midway through cooking.
