Description
Deutsch: Informationstafel vor dem Haus Oschatzer Straße 15, Dresden

"Owsei Fanger, der Bruder von Benjamin Fanger, geboren 1875, von Beruf Schneider, wurde mit seiner Frau Fanny Fanger geborene Schmerzler, geboren 1888 in Kolomea und ebenfalls Scheiderin am 28. Juli 1942 in das Ghetto Theresienstadt deportiert. Beide überlebten, kehrten im Juni 1945 nach Dresden zurück und wurden aktive Mitglieder der Jüdischen Gemeinde zu Dresden.

Dritte Verordnung zum Reichsbürgergesetz vom 14. Juni 1938

§ 1 (1) Ein Gewerbebetrieb gilt als jüdisch, wenn der Inhaber Jude [...] ist.
(2) Der Gewerbebetrieb einer offenen Handelsgesellschaft oder einer Kommanditgesellschaft gilt als jüdisch, wenn ein oder mehrere persönlich haftende Gesellschafter Juden sind.
§ 17 Der Reichswirtschaftsminister wird ermächtigt, im Einvernehmen mit dem Reichsminister des Innern und dem Stellvertreter des Führers anzuordnen, daß Gewerbebetriebe, die in dem Verzeichnis der jüdischen Gewerbebetriebe eingetragen sind, von einem noch zu bestimmenden Zeitpunkt ab ein besonders Kennzeichen führen müssen."
