English: The photo shows one of the public information boards of the monastery forest Maria Eich, Planegg, Germany. This small forest hosts a unique old oak population and a large population od xylobiontic beetles, among them being very rare species. An initiative helps to protect the forest and its inhabitants.
Deutsch: Das Bild zeigt eine der öffentlichen Informationstafeln zum Klosterwald Maria Eich. Die Tafels sind eine Maßnahme im Rahmen des Projektes "Eremiten im Klosterwald", welches den Schutz, den Erhalt und die Entwicklung des Maria Eicher Kosterwaldes zum Ziel hat.
