| Description |
English: This dish of fusion combines the elements of China and India. In comparison to Chinese or Cantonese spring rolls, Indian spring rolls have a thicker covering made of flour and corn starch which turns really crispy when fried. The filling consists of pan fried onions and pan fried chicken and sometimes noodles as well. The rolls are deep fried and served hot with some Dalle Khursani(one of India's spiciest chillies) chutney. |
