A Igreja Matriz de Pindo, dedicada a São Martinho, é uma construção do século XII, sendo uma das igrejas mais antigas do Concelho de Penalva do Castelo. A atual é possivelmente do século XVI ou XVII, sendo a sineira feita ou reformada na segunda metade do século XVIII. A igreja foi ampliada na década de 1930. A fachada em empena é aberta pelo portal em arco de volta perfeita sobreposto por um óculo quadrilobado.
