Description

iglesia del corregimiento de cachiri,ubicado en el municipio de surata,departamento de santander,colombia. este corregimiento presenta una arquitectura colonial.es un epicentro historico debido a que ocurrio la batalla de cachiri en este lugar. cachiri esta ubicado a 4 horas de la capital santandereana , su recorrido inicia en bucaramanga, matanza,surata, el alto de la laguna de cachiri y luego el pueblito cachiri. presenta un clima templado con temperaturas que oscilan entre 15 -20 grados.

cachiri cuenta con paramos a sus alrededores, en los que se presentan una fauna muy representativa en los que se puede observar tigrillos,armadillo.tinajos,condores,loro cabeza amarilla,trucha arco iris,ardillas,toches,cardenales. en fin una gran variedad de fauna y flora.
