日本語: ・IC運転免許証の例。

・種類の欄が14に増えている。 なお、画像内の種類表記順は従来の表記順に新たな枠を右に2つ追加した状態である。これは2007年（平成19年）1月4日～6月1日の中型自動車免許施行前に交付されたICカード運転免許証のみの表記順であり、現在の「免許証上の種類表記順」とは異なっている。
