Description
English: it is a rare delight for the onlooker to discover hair ice, ice wool or frost beard as it is variously known. Often lasting just a few hours, and very dependent on a specific set of combined environmental factors, it is an ephemeral wonder that can be seen during the cooler seasons in temperate countries.
