Description
English: A member of Coast Guard Station Grand Haven, Mich., playing the “victim” who has fallen through the ice and into the Grand River, is placed onto a MARSARS board and pulled to safety during an ice rescue drill March 12, 2015. As temperatures rise, the Coast Guard is warning the public of the dangers of ice and to remain away from frozen waterways and ice caves.
