Description
English: Russian cosmonaut Sergey Ryazanskiy, Expedition 38 flight engineer, attired in a Russian Orlan spacesuit, participates in a session of extravehicular activity (EVA) in support of assembly and maintenance on the International Space Station. During the eight-hour, seven-minute spacewalk, Ryazanskiy and Russian cosmonaut Oleg Kotov (out of frame), commander, worked with two high-fidelity cameras, removed the Vsplesk experiment package and jettisoned it and replaced it with hardware for a more sophisticated earthquake-monitoring experiment, Seismoprognoz, which they attached to a Zvezda handrail.
