English: Time for another throwback! This time, we’re taking a look at the once-popular Compaq iPAQ H3800, which was the last significant evolution of the H3XXX iPAQ line of Pocket PC devices. The H3800 is an eight year old device. It ran with a 206MHz StrongARM CPU from Intel, with 64MB RAM and 32MB of ROM. The screen was a large 3.8¿, but only had QVGA resolution. For full specs, check out PDAdb.net.
One of the coolest aspects of the iPAQ H3XXX line of devices is tha they worked with a variety of expansion sleeves. There was a sleeve to add a camera, a sleeve to add a networking jack, a sleeve to add a wireless cellular modem, and sleeves to add additional memory. |
