עברית: משלחת הסיוע הצה"לית נוחתת בעיר מקסיקו סיטי, שם התרחשה רעידת האדמה. המשלחת, שיצאה לדרכה בהתאם להנחיית הדרג המדיני, מונה כ-70 חיילים וקצינים בשירות סדיר ובמילואים מפיקוד העורף ומחיל האוויר ביניהם מומחים הנדסיים, שיעסקו בהערכת הנזקים ובמתן סיוע הנדסי בזירות ההרס ואנשי חילוץ והצלה למשימות אלה. המשלחת יצאה ב-20 בסמפטמבר מבסיס "נבטים" במטוס "ראם" של חיל האוויר בפיקודו של סגן-אלוף איתי, מפקד טייסת ״ענקי המדבר״. בראש המשלחת עומד מפקד יחידת החילוץ וההצלה הארצית, אלוף-משנה (מיל') דודי מזרחי. |
