[edit]DescriptionI-CreI dimer DNA 2.png |
English: Dimer of the homing endonuclease I-CreI bound to DNA. I-CreI is showed in ribbon style: alpha helices in green, beta strands in cyan. The two pink atoms in the center are metallic heteroatoms. The atoms of DNA are showed in spheres, coloured by type of atom. The beta strands create a saddle to accommodate the DNA.
