Summary

[edit]
Description A Louis Levy postcard dating from 1904/05 showing the Constitution Arch and Constitution Hill beyond taken from Hyde Park Corner. The solitary figure in the foreground could be an Inspector of the Metropolitan Police with his distinctive kepi style hat although postmen wore a similar hat but if he is a postman he is definitely in the wrong place.
