Description
English: ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - Lt. Jeremy Davis, Air Station Elizabeth City public affairs officer, speaks to the media about the dangers of approaching Hurricane Earl and the Coast Guard's preventive safety measures at Air Station Elizabeth City, Aug. 31, 2010.
