| Description |
English: Hull Central Dry Dock, Humber Street Steam winch alongside the dry dock. In 1991 it was owned by Ruscador and all the steel stock on view was going in to a vessel being built for Egypt. The company subsequently closed and SS Manxman lingered in the dock for some time. The site is i believe now derelict and there is no sign of the winches. It is believed the dock pumping plant, including a steam engine is submerged. |
