Description

"Big Game Hunter: Sergeant Howard J. Greene (Quarryville, Pennsylvania) is the NCO in charge of the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines [1/9] sniper team in Operation Prairie II south of the demilitarized zone. The snipers are making kills at ranges up to 1,200 yards with their scope-sighted rifles (official USMC photo by Lance Corporal S. M. Leighty)."
