Summary
[edit]DescriptionHow do tumors cross the blood vessel barrier?.jpg |
W ten sposób nowotwór pokonuje barierę naczyń krwionośnych i przerzutuje. Komórki HLEC są wybarwione barwnikiem Green CMFDA. Zdjęcia wykonane w mikroskopie fluorescencyjnym. Zostały wykonane w Zakładzie Fizjologii i Toksykologii Rozrodu w Instytucie Zoologii i Badań Biomedycznych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, Polska.
English: The microscope image on the left shows endothelial cells (HLEC human cell line) and on endothelial cells there is a spheroid formed by ovarian granulosa tumor cells (KGN human tumor cell line). In the photo on the right, we observe a hole in endothelial cells created by ovarian granulosa tumor cells. In this way, the tumor overcomes the blood vessel barrier and metastasizes. HLEC cells are stained with Green CMFDA dye. Images were taken under a fluorescence microscope. Images were taken at the Department of Physiology & Toxicology of Reproduction at the Institute of Zoology and Biomedical Research, Jagiellonian University, Poland. |
