| Description |
Deutsch: Laberweinting, Hofkirchen 77, katholische Pfarrkirche St. Peter erbaut 1863/64. Bei der umfassenden Renovierung im Jahr 1959 wurden die neuromanischen Altäre entfernt. Stattdessen wurden die Figuren über Konsolen direkt an der Wand befestigt. Das Thema des nördlichen Seitenaltars ist die jungfräuliche Empfängnis. Die Anordnung ist die plastische Darstellung des Rosenkranzgeheimnisses "Den Du o Jungfrau vom Heiligen Geist empfangen hast." Aus der Wolke zeigt die Hand Gottes auf den Heiligen Geist der in Gestalt einer Taube erscheint ist. Die Jungfrau Maria steht in einem ovalen, mit Lilien verzierten Reifen. Die Konsolen der kleineren Seitenfiguren St. Josef und St. Anna sind mit einer Traverse mit der Aufschrift: +GEGRÜSSET+SEIST+DU+MARIA+ verbunden.
Die radikale Umgestaltung der Altäre wurde damals in der Bevölkerung heiß diskutiert. Man sagte: "Der Pfarrer von Hofkirchen ist närrisch geworden. Er ließ die historischen Altäre zerschlagen und einheizen und hängte Hula Hoop Reifen an die Wände." |
