Tiếng Việt: Rau xanh có nhiều vitamin và khoáng chất ích lợi cho sức khỏe con người. Rau còn giúp thêm phần ngon miệng và phong phú bữa ăn. Xin giới thiệu một số cách chọn rau tươi, sạch: Sà lách: chọn cây lá dày, cuống to, màu xanh mướt, cuốn chặt, cầm chắc tay, lớp lá xanh bên ngoài còn nhựa là rau mới hái. Bắp cải: chọn những cây chắc, xách nặng tay, cuống nhỏ và xanh, lá bên ngoài cuốn chặt. Cần, tỏi tây: chọn thân cây to, gốc nhỏ, lá xanh mướt, rễ trắng. Riêng cần tây, bấm gốc thấy mềm là rau ngon. Dưa chuột: chọn quả to, dài, vỏ xù xì như nổi gai có ít ruột, nhiều cùi, màu xanh trắng. Su hào: lá xanh mướt, có phấn, vết cắt ở cuống còn nhựa là loại mới nhổ. Vỏ mỏng, cuống lá to, lá dày màu xanh là su hào non. Cà rốt: củ tròn đều, cuống lá nhỏ, da nhẵn bóng, màu đỏ vàng, lá xanh tươi, không có rễ. Súp lơ: chọn cây to nhánh, cuống nhỏ, lá non, có phấn, màu hoa trắng tinh là loại ngon, mới nhổ. |
