Another two shot composite, attempting to visualize a what if 'a BAF Hip landed on a char on the Padma.' 'Char' is defined as a tract of land surrounded by the waters of an ocean, sea, lake, or stream; it usually means, any accretion in a river course or estuary. A distinction should be made between island chars, which are surrounded by water year-round and attached chars, which are connected to the mainland under normal flow. Once vegetated such lands are commonly called chars in Bangladesh. (Banglapedia) The Hip is black 216, originally shot at VGTJ. |
