Hidrocentrali I dikances eshte I ndertuar ne vitn 1957 ne mallet e sharrit ne nje larsi mbidetare afo 1500m. ky hidrocentral ka qen ne funkcion deri ne vitin 2001 dhe ishte ne pronsi te korporates energjetike te kosoves. Pase nje ndrprerje afro 9 vjeqare hidrocentrali kthehet ne pune ne pronsi te Frigo Food Energy Invest. nga janri I vitit 2010. Gjendja e tanishme: Hidrocentrali punon me dy gjenerator me kapacitet maksimal prej 950 kWh energji elektrike, ne nje periudh 10 mujore, ndersa ne perioden e thatesirave zvoglon kapacitetin e prodhimit. Gjeneratoret jane te prodhuesit Rade Konqar prodhim I vitit 1975, ndersa rregullatori I rrymes I llojit Litostroj. Sistemi I furnizimit me uje behet nga lumi I Brodit me nje kanal te ndertuar me nje gjatesi 925m dhe me nje rezervuar akumulues me diameter 7,0 m dhe thellesi prej 7,0m (kapacitet 270 m3). Ramja e ujit nga rezervuari deri ne turbine behet me gyp me diameter prej 70 cm ne nje lartesi prej 115 m. Ne kete hidrocentral per momentin jane te punsuar 9 persona. Gjithashtu ka fillue edhe nderimi I gjeneratorit te tret me nje teknologji me te avancuar dhe me nje kapacitet me te madhe.
