| Description |
English: A railway cutting in Kaivopuisto, Helsinki, formed in 1952. It replaced the older, less curvy one one built next to Laivasillankatu in the 1890s. The route was used by Helsinki harbour rail on its way to South Harbour until this particular part of the railway was disestablished in 1980. The door at the very end of the cutting led into the 100-meter long Kaivopuisto rail tunnel. Suomi: Eteläsatamaan ja Katajanokalle johtaneen satamaradan väylä Helsingin Kaivopuistossa. Tämä kallioleikkaus valmistui vuonna 1952, ja se korvasi 1890-luvulla rakennetun väylän kymmenisen metriä pohjoisempana. Taustalla Kaivopuiston rautatietunneli. Liikennöinti tällä osuudella päättyi vuonna 1980. |
