Description
Deutsch: Historischer Fabrikkamin in Hagen, Delsterner Straße 124. Der Schornstein steht auf dem Gelände „Oberste Mühle“ der ehemaligen 1693 gegründeten Papierfabrik Vorster. Der Betrieb wurde in den 1990er Jahren eingestellt. Heute sind die Gebäude um den Kamin zu Ruinen verfallen (2019 wurde der Kamin abgerissen). Im Hintergrund sieht man die Volmeabstieg-Brücke. – 1754: „Der Papier Meister Johannes Vörster zu Delster hat eine schöne Papier Mühle zu Delster, auf der Volme auf vollen Wasser liegen, so auch stark betrieben wird.“ 1788: „Papierfabrique Voerster zu Delstern mit 2 Mühlen, 6 Büdden und 60 Arbeitern, hat eine Konzession auf 6 Lumpensammler im Amt Hörde, fabriziret jährlich 9500 Ries zu 18000 Rtlr.“ (aus: Die Grafschaft Mark von A.
