| Description |
English: Mechansim of a silane adhesion promoter. In this example, steel which was previously activated by deposition of a siliciumdioxide layer is used. The adhesion promoter is anchored on the substrate by condensation reactions and it can bind covalently to a consecutively applied epoxy resin coating.
Deutsch: Mechanismus eines Silanhaftvermittlers. Im Beispiel wird als Substrat Stahl gezeigt, der durch Abscheidung einer frischen Siliziumdioxid-Schicht aktiviert wurde. Der Haftvermittler wird durch Kondensationsreaktionen auf der Substratoberfläche verankert, mit seiner Aminofunktion bindet er kovalent an den anschließend aufgebrachten Epoxidharzlack. |
