Festival « Montréal en lumière », édition 2020, Quartier des spectacles, Montréal. Description de l’œuvre : habitat : Habitat est un diorama fabuleux et illuminé. Plantes, animaux et humains cohabitent dans cet univers miniature qui peut devenir géant si on le regarde de tout près. Une maison voyage à travers les paysages et à travers le temps. Elle se demande quel type de foyer elle pourrait être dans chacun des mondes. À propos d’aatoaa : Le couple Vincent Morisset et Caroline Robert, du studio AATOAA, est reconnu internationalement pour ses œuvres narratives qui allient travail artisanal et technologies. Dans chacun de leur projet, les visiteurs sont invités à devenir participants. Ces expériences mettent en perspective notre rapport à l'autre et le regard que nous portons sur le monde qui nous entoure. L'univers étonnant de Caroline et Vincent s'incarne sous différentes formes (vidéos interactives, installations dans l'espace public, réalité virtuelle, net art). Avec Habitat, ils explorent la miniature pour la première fois. Par le passé, ils ont collaboré artistiquement avec Arcade Fire, Louise Lecavalier, Skrillex et Sigur Rós. Leurs créations ont été présentées aux festivals de Venise, Sundance, SXSW et au Japan Media Art Festival. Ils ont été récipiendaires d’un prix Emmy, d'un Grammy et de plusieurs Webbys.
