English: Lt. j.g. Justin Henry, officer in charge of the U.S. Navy Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB 23), embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, attributes his thanks to U.N. soldiers from the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent and NMCB 23, during a recognition ceremony on the flight deck of Swift. The ceremony honored the Indonesian Engineers and the Seabees partnership for their hard work and dedication in refurbishing the National School of Caracol and Dispensaire De Caracol together, in Caracol, Haiti. The engineers and Seabees were working on the school as part of a subject matter expert exchange. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
