Deutsch: Koordinierte Messflüge für die Klimaforschung: Schwerewellen und leuchtende Luft
Schwerewellen beeinflussen das Klima und unser Wetter. Erstmals ist es Wissenschaftlern des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) gemeinsam mit Kollegen des Karlsruher Instituts für Technologie (KIT), des Forschungszentrums Jülich sowie weiteren nationalen und internationalen Partnern gelungen, den Lebenszyklus von atmosphärischen Schwerewellen nahezu vollständig zu vermessen.
