[http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b8447153t/f175.item Page 175/314} we can read on the french version : « today occupied by Turquih ambassador ». So the date is between 1797 (ambassador of Turkey come in France) and 1798 (french campaign in Egypt and Syria).
The form is north-sud and goes throw the middle of the hôtel
