English: Heavy construction equipment of the 130th and 190th engineer battalions is loaded in watercrafts of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard's Landing Craft Detachment that will be transported to Vieques, Puerto Rico, Jan. 20. The 130th and 190th engineer battalions will be conducting cleaning works for the next 15 days to the areas surrounding the world's most luminous bioluminescent bay, Mosquito Bay, to help improve the quality of life of the citizens of Vieques that will also help them in maintaining the habitat of this natural resource.
