Photograph of a group of camels at the Los Angeles Zoo, ca.1920. In the main pen, there are five Bactrian, or two-humped, camels standing in front of a mission-style building with two large doorways opening out into the pens. In the pen at the right of the picture, there is a small sheep, along with a leafless tree. In the pen farther back, there are more camels. Farther in the background, there are utility poles and trees. At the extreme left of the picture is a two story building situated behind a white triangular frame of some sort.
